About Us
AUSTIN Tours and Travels is dedicated to delivering superior customer service through personalised travel solutions for every budget and occasion. From affordable car rentals to luxury private tours and chauffeur services, every journey is thoughtfully tailored to our guests’ needs — whether creating family-friendly itineraries for children and seniors, arranging exceptional dining experiences for corporate clients, or even coordinating destination wedding transportation. With comfort, flexibility and attention to detail at the heart of everything we do, we strive to make every journey seamless, enjoyable and memorable.
Our Story
AUSTIN Tours and Travels started with a humble beginning with a single car and a simple vision: to provide reliable solutions on the road of Melbourne.
Over the past decade, operating under the name OnTheRoad Australia, that humble beginning has grown into a trusted name in luxury private touring, building a strong reputation for Indonesian-speaking luxury tours based in Melbourne.
Driven by a passion for the automotive industry, complemented by a background in hospitality and a commitment to understanding each guest’s unique needs, the business has continued to evolve, expanding into a comprehensive range of travel and transportation solutions.
Today, our journey extends beyond Melbourne, with a growing presence across New South Wales, Tasmania and Queennsland. Our vision is to provide exceptional, personalised travel experiences accessible to more travellers. Throughout this journey, our focus remains on comfort, convenience and delivering a seamless travel experience from beginning to end.
From one car to an expanding nationwide presence, our story remains rooted in the values that started it all: personalised service, attention to detail and a genuine passion for creating memorable journeys.
